| Edit Group Info |
|
On the edit group info page, you can change core information about your group including location, description, year. You can also alter how often players are reminded of upcoming games, set your group to private, lock the schedule, and turn off auto calculated record and ranks. |
| Edit Sticker |
|
Your league sticker is a graphical representation of your team. You can pick the colors and the icon. It appears on all the league pages, search results, and player emails. To change your sticker appearance, use the edit sticker page and choose the colors and the icon. You can also use any of the pictures you have uploaded in your user page as the icon for your team sticker. GIF or PNG images with transparent backgrounds will let the background colors shine through! |
| Email and Weather Alerts |
To send users weather alerts or email communication, use the 'email people' page. Users don't need to be registered at LeagueLink to get emails from you. Emails will be sent from your email address. For users to get weather alerts on their mobile devices, they must register with LeagueLink and set their mobile email address in their profile. If they are not regsitered, users still get the weather alert, just as regular email. |
| Schedule |
To create your schedule and calendar, use the schedule edit page. You can either define the dates by hand for your team, or you can LeagueLink to your league and import the dates that your league administrator has already set up. This is done automatically when you create your team from the league page. You can also create this link relationship by hand in the league link edit page. |
| Teams |
|
The teams are the groups or competition groups that compete in your league. The edit teams page lets you define as many different teams as you want inside your league. The TeamLink feature connects your team records to the other people's group pages. All teams with matching city/state and sport show up as options in the TeamLink list. |
| Places |
|
Use Edit Places to define locations where your teams and games compete. Places can have names, addresses, phone numbers. The addresses are used to display google maps to your users. One useful trick is to define a place for each field or rink at a location. (ie: Field 2, Sportsplex). This lets you schedule many play areas inside of a single venue.
|
| People |
|
To share your team calendar, messages, and photos with others, you should add some people to your team. Use the people edit page to add email addresses and phone numbers of your players and fans. After you add people on the edit people page, you can invite them to LeagueLink by using the 'invite user' link on the people page. New users also get an invite link at the bottom of any email blast you send them. Users must sign up to receive game reminders. |
| Printing |
|
All of our pages are designed to be printable. The most useful ones for everyday use are the calendar schedule page and the date attendance page. The calendar page is designed to be handed out to your team at the beginning of a season. The date attendance page is designed to be printed out and taken to a game for position management, record keeping, and organization. |

The analyze schedule page gives you some basic statistics about your schedules and dates. |
| Generate Schedule |
